Throughout the mid-1970’s the young David and Debra Lenox continually traveled north and south
along U.S. Route 15 to and from their respective colleges in central Maryland. On every trip they
passed the dual Route 15 landmarks, Baker’s and Wolfe’s Diners, never realizing that Dillsburg was then, and would for all time be their destiny. 40 plus years later, Dave and Debbie have sunk the deepest roots in Dillsburg area, having made their home and raised a son and daughter two miles from the intersection of Route 15 and Mountain Road. From this home base, Dave has practiced law in various forms of affiliation; as a firm member, firm partner, and then as a solo practitioner, but never at a location more than three blocks from Route 15.

Attorney Lenox is a 1978 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law where he was an active member of the Corpus Juris Society. After serving a judicial clerkship for Judge Evan Williams of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, his career continued as Director of Advanced Planning for a national brokerage firm after which he entered private practice in 1981.

Mr. Lenox is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts and serves individual and corporate clients in wide areas of concentration which include: estate planning and administration; inheritance, gift and income tax planning; retirement planning; wills; trusts; powers-of-attorney; living wills and health care proxies; real estate transactions; contract law; business formation and business continuation; corporate and limited liability company law; municipal law, zoning and land use hearings and appeals.

Attorney Lenox has served as a certified instructor for state accreditation boards in Pennsylvania and Maryland for public accountants and licensed insurance agents. Mr. Lenox has also taught in the setting of community education programs at both the high school and college level.
